Spider veins appear with aging. There are procedures that can be done to get rid of them like lasers or injections, but they can be costly and painful.

  • 4 pints of hydrogen peroxide
  1. Soak in a tub with 3 pints Hydrogen Peroxide (3%) for 20 minutes
  2. Rinse off with cool water

Warm Epsom Salt Bath for Varicose Veins

Warm water and Epsom Salt can be beneficial in reducing the appearance of varicose veins. Remember, everything takes time, and it may take a few uses before results are noticeable. Also, try exercising to regulate circulation.
